Neighborhood Empowerment Pathways

Neighborhood Empowerment Pathways is a three-year, $3 million partnership with Cummins, Inc. and the City of Indianapolis led by The Indianapolis Foundation to sustain grassroots not-for-profits that are closest to the community’s assets and challenges and uniquely positioned through their proximity to supply solutions and seize opportunities.

Youth Worker Well-Being

The Youth Worker Well-Being Project will hold informational meetings and grant readiness webinars for youth-serving organizations interested in applying for funding to pilot and/or implement customized strategies that improve two focus areas: 

  • Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging 
  • Trauma-informed workplaces within organizations
